The Life of a girl was ruining in the midst of social malpractice. Minor Girl Liberated From Forcible Marriage by our dexterous members . we strictly condemn the propensity of snatching someone’s social or legal rights. Our team of “National Human Rights & Women Welfare Organistaion” are at forefront to serve the victims irrespective of their caste, gender and religion. 

On 7th of june 2021 we got a case of a girl who escaped from her house. Our team hastily investigated  the case . On our further investigation we get to know that the crime happened because of social malpractice. The girl was being pressured to get married at a very early age by her parents. 

As we moved ahead with our  inquiry , we found that the girl wants to pursue her studies and is repugnant of her early marriage. Girl allegedly blamed  her parents and said she was under constant pressure of her marriage.  To resist such an early  marriage ,she took the way of escaping  away from the  house.

Freedom to study is the fundamental rights of students ,snatching fundamental rights is neither legal nor would be tolerated  by us .

After going through all the aspects with documented proof  , we took the help of the police and interpreted her parents. They admitted their mistake and agreed with us. After warning them, we safely handed over their daughter.

The girl is under constant surveillance of the “National Human Rights & Women Welfare Organisation ” to ensure her safety. Any kind of further conspiracy against her is beyond tolerance , allegedly guilty would be punished according to circumstances. 

We feel sad to say that, after 75 years of Independence girls don’t have liberty even to go for their fundamental rights.

After undergoing the several revision , since 1978,  Child Marriage Act states  that the Minimum legal age for marriage should be 18 for girls and 21 for boys. After all these reforms and amendments, if parents try to violate these rights , it is beyond the acceptance of the National Human  Rights & women Welfare Organisation. Hereby we will be obstructed to take strict action against it .

We request parents to marry their children at the right age and give them a chance to prove themselves in their concerned field. They are the future of our nation.
